We specialize in design, installation and servicing of all commercial and residential heating and cooling systems. At Portland Heating and Air we service all makes and models of heat pumps and air conditioning units. We also provide all electrical services necessary for installation and repair for your heating or cooling system in house.
Our team is also EPA certified technicians in the maintenance, service, repair, or disposal of all appliances that contain refrigerant chemicals. Additionally, we are Energy Trust and Energy certified as a company.

Service
Having difficulty with your heating or cooling system is an inconvenience and it always seems that something goes wrong at the worst time, during a heat wave or freeze. Our technicians arrive on time for your service call and do not leave until the repair is complete. We are happy to respond to service calls 7 days a week. New Construction and Retro-Fit
Commercial building projects, retail and office space, industrial applications and large scale projects are all part of Portland Heating and Air’s client base. If you area project manager or building contractor you can trust our HVAC design, installation and service expertise. We have extensive experience in large commercial buildings both in new construction as well as retro fitting for older buildings. We also provide all of our own electrical services needed for the project, so no waiting for electrical contractors to show up. Additionally, we handle all permitting and project timeline requirements to keep the job on schedule.
Portland Heating and Air also provides service contracts for commercial applications with regular service intervals. Our service area spans Multnomah and Clackamas counties. We perform regular service as well as emergency service calls within our service area.
